Act 1, Scene 1:

The rivalry between Capulet and Montague grow and a fight happens in the streets; they are told that if there is another fight then they will lose their lives.

Act 1, Scene 2:

Paris wants to marry Juliet so Capulet invites him to meet her at a family ball, the servant gives the invites out and asks Romeo and Benvolio to read them, thus giving Benvolio an idea.

Act 1, Scene 3:

Lady Capulet tells Juliet and her Nurse about Pairs and his proposal to marrige.

Act 1, Scene 4:

Benvolio and Mercutio persuade Romeo to join them at the ball.

Act 1, Scene 5:

Love at first sight, Romeo meets Juliet; Tybalt wants to start a fight but Capulet stops him. Juliet asks her Nurse about Romeo.

Act 2, Scene 1:

Romeo hides from his friends who joke about Rosaline.

Act 2, Scene 2:

Romeo has lost his heart and Juliet sighs out her new love, she doesn’t know that Romeo is listening; he emerges and they arrange for Juliets Nurse to be the messenger.

Act 2, Scene 3:

Friar Lawrence is persuaded to marry Romeo and Juliet.

Act 2, Scene 4:

Benvolio and Mercutio talk about Tybalts challenge and Romeo then joins them, Juliets Nurse comes to find him.

Act 2, Scene 5:

The tells Juliet of Romeos plans for marriage.

Act 2, Scene 6:

Romeo and Juliet are then married by Friar Lawrence.

Act 3, Scene 1:

Mercutio outraged that Romeo declined Tybalts challenge. They fight and Tybalt and Mercutio are both killed.

Act 3, Scene 2:

Juliet is eagerly waiting for her husband, but the Nurse brings bad news.

Act 3, Scene 3:

Friar Lawrence tries to console Romeo and find a solution for the problems that have arisen.

Act 3, Scene 4:

Juliets father makes plans for his daughter to marry County Paris.

Act 3, Scene 5:

Romeo must leave Juliet as he is banished, the Nurse comes in and interrupts them to warn them that Juliets mother is coming and that she has news of the arranged marriage.

Act 4, Scene 1:

Friar Lawrence has a plan to save the situation.

Act 4, Scene 2:

The Capulets are preparing for the wedding.

Act 4, Scene 3:

Although she is frightened, Juliet takes a drug from Friar Lawrence that will make her look like shes dead.

Act 4, Scene 4:

The Capulets are preparing for the wedding and the Nurse goes to wake Juliet.

Act 4, Scene 5:

Juliet cannot be woken, and the whole family morn her “death”.

Act 5, Scene 1:

Romeo is talking about defying his fate.

Act 5, Scene 2:

The Friars find romeo and Juliet dead.

Act 5, Scene 3:

All the family’s mourn their deaths and make peace.
